How do I change my account information?

You can change the following information via the "My Account" function on our website:
- Email address
- Phone number
- PIN
- Preferred hold pickup location
The My Account button can be found in the top right corner of every page of the library's website or accessed directly here. You will need your library card number and PIN to log in. If you can't remember your PIN, try the Forgot my PIN option. Once logged in, select or make sure you are in the "Account Information" tab to make the changes below.
For email and phone number changes: click the Edit button in the first section to update your email address or phone number and then click Save once the changes are made.
For PIN changes: select the "Change Pin" menu. Enter your old PIN, then the new PIN, and make sure to click the Update button once the changes are made.
For preferred pickup location changes: select the "Preferences" menu. Preferred Pickup Library is the last option. Select your desired pickup location using the drop down menu, and make sure to click Update once the changes are made.
Home addresses can only be updated by visiting a library in person with a valid photo ID and documentation to verify your current address. For more information, please visit the Get a Library Card page.
