How can I get a passport at the library?

The passport acceptance office, located on the 2nd floor at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library is open during the following hours:
Sunday | Closed
Monday | Closed
Tuesday | 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (sign-up list closes at 6:30 p.m.)
Wednesday | 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (sign-up list closes at 6:30 p.m.)
Thursday | 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (sign-up list closes at 6:30 p.m.)
Friday | Closed
Saturday | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (sign-up list closes at 2:30 pm)
