How do I access my account information?

At dclibrary.org, click on the black "My Account" button at the top right. Log in with your library card number and your PIN (if you have not changed it, it will default to the last four digits of your card number. If you're using a temporary card number that you signed up for online, find your PIN in the email you received containing your library card number).
In your account, you can view your checkouts, view, edit, and cancel your holds, and view and pay fines. You can also review your personal information such as your address and contact information. You can also reset your PIN and edit your contact preferences, home library, and other account settings.
